Why do I have two amounts – one for ‘Big things’, one for ‘Little things’?
Humm realise you have two different types of spending. First, there’s everyday spending – little amounts you want to pay back fast. Then, there’s big purchases, where you need more time to repay. With humm, you can handle both quickly, easily and from the same App.
Does humm use credit checks?
Your credit score may be checked when you sign-up to humm. But rest assured this will not affect your credit score or leave a record on your credit file.
Can I increase my ‘Little things’ amount?
Yes, you can. We call it a boost and you can have your total increase to $2,000. You simply need to give us one-time access to your electronic bank statement. So we can make sure you’re not overstretching yourself.
How do I buy ‘Big things’?
You can apply for a pre-approval within your App before you shop. Just tell us how much you’d like pre-approved (up to $10,000) or let us pick an amount for you. All you need is to:
Why should I get pre-approved for Big Things?
Because you can shop with confidence. You’ll know the maximum you can spend. Then, in store just present your barcode and your pre-approval amount will be recognised. Or online, when you log-in to humm to complete your purchase, we will recognise your pre-approved amount. Remember, pre-approval lasts 60-days, so you have plenty of time.
Can I make early and additional repayments?
You can make early repayments on an active purchase at any time by using the Pay Now feature. You will need to have an active debit or credit card on your account to use this function.
If you do not have an active debit or credit on your account you will need to add one prior to attempting to use ‘Pay Now’. The ability to process one off additional repayments is not currently available in our App or online portal but please check back at a later.
I’m an existing Certegy Ezi-Pay customer and I can’t log in
To login to humm, you will need to reset your password.
To do this:
Go to shophumm.com.au or download the humm App.
– On the shophumm homepage, click the “Login” button on the top right of the page and navigate to ‘forgot password’. Once logged in you will be able to see your existing transactions.
– Once you have downloaded the humm App, navigate to ‘forgot password’. Once logged in you will be able to see your existing transactions.
